Delivery Driver

  • Clean driving record with no traffic violations and DUIs
  • Legal status to work in the USA
  • Able to pass physical and drug test
  • Able to pass a Background Check
  • Over 21 years old

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a wide variety of items to different addresses and through different routes
  • Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate a delivery vehicle
  • Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients’ complaints
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Communicate with other drivers and management

Operations Manager

  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver (1 year)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull packages up to 100 lbs
  • Clean driving record with no traffic violations and DUIs
  • Legal status to work in the USA
  • Able to pass physical and drug test
  • Able to pass a Background Check
  • Over 21 years old
  • Experience driving delivery routes is preferred
  • Physically willing, ready, and able to drive a P1200 sized vehicle and safely deliver packages to both residential and commercial recipients while achieving service quality requirements

Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and optimize daily road routes for drivers to ensure efficient delivery operations.
  2. Regularly communicate with managers to resolve any conflicts or issues related to package delivery.
  3. Organize and lead meetings focused on security compliance, ensuring all team members are up to date with company policies and standards.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and address any logistical challenges.
  5. Implement and oversee quality control measures to maintain high service standards.
  6. Develop strategies to improve overall operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
